At AACD annual scientific sessions, you never pay per course. Tuition prices include: all applicable lectures and hands-on workshops; breakfasts and exhibit hall networking lunches and RE-CONNECT socials; general sessions that will entertain and motivate; access to the AACD Exhibit Hall featuring the latest dental technologies and practice related services; and access to AACD's Welcome Reception. You won't find this kind of all-inclusive experience at any other conference!

Please note: Early course selection is offered to attendees who registered at the previous scientific session in Las Vegas. Early course selection for Chicago will open on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 8:00 am CT. Course selection for all attendees opens Friday, December 1, 2017 at 8:00 am CT.

To save money, take advantage of our Early Bird tuition rates and register before December 1, 2017 prior to course selection opening. Courses will fill quickly, so be prepared to select your courses at 8:00 am CT, December 1, 2017.

 

Hands-on workshops are not available to all registration types.

Two-Day Lab Technician Rate

Lab technicians can register at a discount for the two-day lab technician track. The tuition rate for the two-day lab technician track includes: all open lectures and hands-on workshops on Friday, April 20th and Saturday, April 21st; various social events on Friday and Saturday including the exhibit hall networking lunches and evening socials; Friday's motivational and entertaining general session; and access into the AACD exhibit hall on Friday and Saturday.

 

 Tuition Rate:  Member $1195.00 / Non-member $1690.00* (*Includes one year AACD membership)

Scout Passes

If you are interested in a scout pass, you must be registered for the event (paid in full) and contact Raechel Resch, Executive Coordinator.

Cancellation Policy

The AACD recognizes that registrants may need to withdraw from AACD 2018. Cancellation fees and rollovers are based on the date the cancellation or rollover request is received, in writing, by the AACD Executive Office. Written cancellations and rollover requests can be e-mailed to info@aacd.com or faxed to 608.222.9540. If you do not receive a response from the AACD within five business days, please call the AACD Executive Office at 800.543.9220.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before 5:00 pm CT December 1, 2017 - Full refund minus 5% processing fee

  • After 5:00 pm CT December 1, 2017 through 5:00 pm CT March 30, 2018 - Full refund minus 15% processing fee

  • ​After 5:00 pm CT March 30, 2018 - No refund

Rollover Policy

AACD registrants requesting a scientific session tuition rollover will receive a one-time scientific session tuition transfer to the 35th or 36th Annual AACD Scientific Session, minus a processing fee. Registrants must indicate, in writing, which scientific session to transfer tuition to at the time of the rollover request. Registrants are responsible for the scientific session tuition rollover balance and will be invoiced by the AACD Executive Office. Rollover tuition is forfeited if the subsequent annual scientific session is not attended.

Rollover Fees

  • Before 5:00 pm CT March 30, 2018 - Assessed a 5% processing fee

  • After 5:00 pm CT March 30, 2018 through 5:00 pm CT April 13, 2018 - Assessed a 15% processing fee

  • ​After 5:00 pm CT April 13, 2018 - No scientific session tuition rollover requests accepted
